All submitted photos, quotes, and stories will be screened before use and drawing entry. All qualifying submissions will be entered into a drawing for a giveaway ($50+ value) at the conclusion of each month throughout the 2026 Winter STREAK Wellness Program (January-March 2026). There is no limit to how many submissions you can send in throughout the duration of the program.
